How its works
Can I drop off my machine at your location?
Yes. Our New York city location is open M-S 10-8 EST for local drop off and pickup. No appointment is required. Do you repair desktops?Yes. We FIX and upgrade iMacs, Mac Pros and PowerMacs. Desktops can be dropped off at our Manhattan location. No appointment is required. Can I provide my own shipping to AppleMedic? Yes. You can send in your laptop using your own shipping container and shipper. We will return using your shipping account. Are you Apple? No. AppleMedic is independently owned and operated. How can I tell if my Mac is under Apple warranty? You can reach Apple at 1-800-SOS-APPL or by visiting apple.com/support Does AppleMecic repair iPods, iPhones? Yes. We now repair iPhones and the iPod Touch. Can I just buy parts from AppleMedic? No. ApplMedic does not sell parts separately, only when installed by us. How are your prices and turnaround so good? We stock most parts in volume to help bring costs down and make turnaround time as fast as possible.
