| Dropped my phone a few weeks ago... while in NY working decided to see if there was someone who could fix the screen. This company was great. Reasonable price (compared to buying a new phone) and fast! Highly recommend.

| It was the Friday night of the Thanksgiving holiday weekend when my hard drive crashed. I was in the middle of a critical work project. I emaild Applemedic Saturday morning. Alex quickly replied with his hours of operations. I arrived at their location and the person on staff was very professional. The bottom line is, within 5 hours I had all the data from my hard drive backed up to a disk and assured me all the data was removed from their systems. Applemedic proved incredibly reliable and trustworthy. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who has computer repair needs

| My PowerBook G4 hard drive crashed suddenly and I lost 3 years of pictures, music, and work information...50 gigs of data was gone. I had been lazy and hadn't backed anything up and now it was all gone forever. Apple wouldn't help, savlage software didn't work, and the other computer shops I talked to either wouldn't touch it or wanted more than $2500. I saw Applemedic's ad and send in my hard drive as a last resort and they somehow retrieved EVERY bit of data for me, and for 1/10th the price that other companies were quoting me! I now have everything back thanks to Applemedic and I can't thank them enough...I don't know what I would have done if I had really lost everything on that drive. I can wholeheartedly recommend Applemedic - they are nice people who know what they are doing and won't try to rip you off.

| Applemedic was great to work with! I'll be honest, I was a bit apprehensive in sending out two MacBooks to be fixed without truly knowing who was at the other end. Yet the tracking available from start to finish was upfront and professional. Emails were sent on a regular basis, followed up by a phone call as to the diagnostic testing results. Several more emails alerting me when the computers were fixed, more tracking numbers, and a turn around time of 3 days. Very impressive!! I would highly recommend their services!

| When my computer crashed (2007 17" Macbook Pro) I had critical data on it that I needed and had not backed up. I went online and looked at multiple places. Applemedic was the only one that was open and was reasonably priced. I went up to their office in the New Yorker and was a little worried about the set up, as it was just a man named Sergio surrounded by various computer parts. I left my laptop with him and he told me he'd call me later in the afternoon to discuss what could be done. He called me right when he said he would and explained everything very well (I'm someone who really doesn't know computer hardware that well). He said he'd see what he could do overnight and call me in the morning. He was able to get everything that he said he could and was very patient with all of my questions. The price he quoted me was the price I paid; he even recovered the data onto his computer and let me look before I paid. He erased my information from his computer after transferring it to my external hard drive and that was that. I would recommend this service to anyone (and I actually sent my friend there when she had the same problem). Sergio's a really nice guy and clearly knows what he's doing. I hope I never have to do business with him again, but should I have another computer meltdown, I know who I'm calling.

| Data recovery: Very good and fast service. Got my data from the crashed hard drive for under $500 within 48 hours, other places wanted $150 per hour plus some other fees. A+++ will recommend to all my friends. Thank you Alex, thank you guys.
